• IT SAYS OUT OF STOCK, MAY I STILL ORDER?
    Yes, please do, in fact we encourage it! When an item is out of stock we put the option to pre-order the item so that you will be first on the list to get it as soon as it is restocked. We typically will have it back in stock within 2 weeks time. We encourage that you pre-order an item if it is out of stock because even when we restock, they go very quickly!!
  • WHAT DEVICE MAY I USE FOR THE APP?
    You may use either a smart phone or smart tablet. Any device you use, must have at least a 4gb RAM. Anything lower than that, the animation and the app may not work correctly or download.
  • WHERE IS MY EBOOK?
    Your ebook will come directly to your email as soon as you place your order. Look for an email from "SendOwl" in your inbox or spam folder and follow the instructions to enjoy your new ebook.
  • THE SOUND IS NOT WORKING.
    If you are using an iPhone or iPad, make sure that the device is not on silent mode. Silent mode is located on the left side of the device. If silent mode is on, you will not be able to hear the sound even with the volume all the way up. If that does not work or you do not have an Apple device, please let us know.
  • HOW DO I PAY?
    We have several methods available for payment for your comfort. You may pay by debit/credit card, or with Paypal or other available 3rd party payments methods.
  • HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
    For a majority of our items, shipping is FREE! Our free shipping is through USPS so you want to keep that in mind if time is of the essence.
  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
    When we receive your order, it is out of the door and delivered to the selected place of delivery (USPS, UPS, etc.) within 24 to 48 hours of receipt except on weekends and holidays. After that, delivery times may vary according to the mode of delivery. We are unable to guarantee any time frame after your order leaves our facility. *Our Free Delivery option is through USPS. The USPS has been experiencing a lot of delays with their deliveries. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If time is of the essence, we recommend selecting an alternative shipping method.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    When your order has been shipped you should receive a tracking number to your email or to your cell phone. Use that number to track your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at hello@rainbowmekids.com
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
    If you are returning a product after receipt of it you will receive your refund when we receive the returned product. If you are requesting a refund prior to delivery, your refund will be credited back to your account once requested.
