If you are using an iPhone or iPad, make sure that the device is not on silent mode. Silent mode is located on the left side of the device. If silent mode is on, you will not be able to hear the sound even with the volume all the way up.

When we receive your order, it is out of the door and delivered to the selected place of delivery (USPS, UPS, etc.) within 24 to 48 hours of receipt except on weekends and holidays.
After that, delivery times may vary according to the mode of delivery. We are unable to guarantee any time frame after your order leaves our facility.
*Our Free Delivery option is through USPS. The USPS has been experiencing a lot of delays with their deliveries. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If time is of the essence, we recommend selecting an alternative shipping method.
When your order has been shipped you should receive a tracking number to your email or to your cell phone. Use that number to track your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are returning a product after receipt of it you will receive your refund when we receive the returned product. If you are requesting a refund prior to delivery, your refund will be credited back to your account once requested.
